Are you curious about green leases? What are the advantages to a green lease, who is using them, and who benefits? Faith Graham, partner at Roberts Kaplan will speak about green leases from the legal perspective, giving a basic outline of the main components of a green leases and how they differ from conventional leases. Mark Friel will provide the perspective from the leasing agent point of view. Jae Larsen is developing a LEED CI multi tenant retail space and will speak about the expectation going into that development with respect to tenant build out and how green leases might play a part.
